God knows us and loves us. He knows our frustrations, dreams, fears, and joys. He knows us.

1 Peter 3:12 tells us that His eyes are on us and ears open to us.

His ears are open, but what are we saying? Usually we’re asking for money, comfort, a husband or wife, solutions to problems, and health. But, while these things are important think about the example Paul set for us when he prayed for the church in Thessalonica. His only concern was that they were acceptable to God and that He would bless their faith and good deeds.

Gives us a clue of where our priorities should be, doesn’t it?
